Well, here it begins, well it really begins tomorrow!!! My son Tyler and I have decided to take this challenge so that we could both lose 20 lbs in the next 90 days and start eating more healthy and hopefully the rest of the family will catch on.  We are both overweight (in the eyes of the doctor) and have goals, mine is a size 8,  Tyler wants to get fit and in shape for football season this year.  We are both tired of having this excess weight on our bodies and are going to strive for the best and cant wait until we reach our goal!!!  Then we will do the family portrait!!!!!  Wish us luck as we weigh in first thing in the morning!!!!!
